Chef Corp. today announces the 23rd annual general meeting for shareholders on June 23rd. The meeting will take place at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, 540 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60611 USA.

The Chicago Marriott Downtown is, of course, a Chef Corp. customer and will provide all shareholders with delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a personal tour through two of the four kitchens. A special delight will be the tour of the fully-equipped rooftop kitchen.

Chef Corp. today published results for its fiscal first quarter ended March 26. The Company achieved a record quarterly revenue of $83.9 million and a record quarterly net profit of $22 million. The previous quarter has seen a revenue of $72.1 million and net profit of $28.1 million. International sales accounted for 44 percent of the quarter’s revenue.

These results were largely garnered by a record revenue from the Chef Corp. Financing branch which helps entrepreneurs design and build the quality kitchens they need for success.
