Chef Corp. today published results for its fiscal third quarter ended September 25. The Company achieved a quarterly revenue of $95.2 million and a record quarterly net profit of $31.6 million. International sales accounted for 55 percent of the quarter’s revenue.

Cost savings realized by our new partner ChongXing in Beijing continue to contribute to the large gains in sales and market share. Additionally, a major fire in the 5th Arrondissement of Marseille, France, has destroyed a large number of Chef Corp.-maintained restaurants last year. This has lead to a spike in sales and leads in our French division. Our engineers are devising ways to repeat this success in other European cities.

Chef Corp. today announces the 23rd annual general meeting for shareholders on June 23rd. The meeting will take place at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, 540 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60611 USA.

The Chicago Marriott Downtown is, of course, a Chef Corp. customer and will provide all shareholders with delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a personal tour through two of the four kitchens. A special delight will be the tour of the fully-equipped rooftop kitchen.
